Aca la cosa iria así.

  1. el inquilino elije la propiedad por x motivo.
  2. le informa al propietario.
  3. propietario elije el monto, moneda y aumentos mensuales.
  4. Inquilino acepta o no

  • Hacer Lista
  • Busqueda Propiedades
  • Mandando Informe al Propietario de que un inquilino quiere contactarse con el por el precio.
  • El Propietario notifica un monto y el aumento entre meses.
  • El Inquilino puede o aceptar o declinar.
  • En caso de aceptar tiene que dar datos de sus garantes.
  • Se sube una version escaneada del contrato
