Code refactors

- Refactor LauncherFactory.LauncherProvider to LauncherFactory
- Refactor all launcher related components to launcher package
- some basic code cleanup
- Rename all, allSafe -> getList and first, firstSafe -> getString
- Rename Utils -> LegacyUtils
